1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Focus on specialty recruitment activities such as sourcing, attracting, and evaluating candidates in the information technology industry.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to identify recruitment needs and develop suitable recruitment plans in the IT field.
• Analyze the labor market and identify effective recruitment channels.
• Develop strategies to attract and recruit potential candidates.
• Analyze recruitment data and propose solutions to improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Assign tasks and support the recruitment team.
• Other duties as assigned by the Management Board.

2. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience in the IT field, especially in senior positions.
• Experience in connecting and building relationships with potential IT candidates.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under deadline pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills and high cooperative spirit.
• Can read English documents. Listening and Speaking is a bonus.

Working hours: Morning: 8h30 – 12h00; Afternoon: 13h00 – 17h30. Monday to Friday (Having to attend 2 OpenTalk sessions per month).
