1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Define business/functional requirements through the discussion with the customer.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively.
• Responsible for directly liaising with project partners and customers to scope requirements on product customization related to the specific project.
• Regular reporting on the status of the projects. Reduce risk, issues, and scope projects when needed.
• Follow up on the progress of the work (team/project/production support), guide project initiatives, and communicate statuses to project stakeholders on a regular basis, ensuring adequate communication between project collaborators.
• Guide and coach the team and organize the use of Agile/Scrum practices and values; support and educate the Product Owner, especially to refining and managing the product backlog.
• Mentor team leads to develop their project management discipline.
• Contribute to improving processes and support the development of the PMO.
• Willing to build a career path as a Division Manager.

2. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Fluent in English with Strong analytical, communication and presentations skill.
• At least 3 years experience in Project Manager.
• Having experience in managing team size <8 mems, or leading >10 mems.
• Excellent negotiation skill and project management skills, including estimating, planning, organising, and leading.
• Experience the design docs such as basic/detailed design, non-functional requirements, system architecture, etc.
• Strong understanding of software development, computer systems, security, infrastructure, databases and data storage systems,…
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong understanding and having experienced of software development lifecycle, full life cycle and agile methodologies.

Would be a plus:

• At least 3 years experience in Software Development.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Working hours: Morning: 8h30 – 12h00; Afternoon: 13h00 – 17h30. Monday to Friday (Having to attend 2 OpenTalk sessions per month).
