1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Formulate recruitment and development strategies, and plans that cater to the demands of the company’s business development.
• Organize candidate sourcing and arrange recruitment for positions as required; Maintain and develop candidate pool; Participate in the recruitment process according to procedures.
• Work closely with department heads to understand business goals and develop human resource strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate with the L&D Department to implement training and development programs for the Tech team.
• Regularly conduct market analysis to update information on industry trends for an effective recruitment strategy to attract and retain talent.
• Create favorable conditions for performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluation, and development planning.
• Resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.

2. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• At least 1 year experience as an HRBP, preferably in the technology industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of human resources, particularly practical experience in employee relations and performance management.
• Deep understanding of labor laws.
• Quick adaptation to new knowledge, environments, and technologies.
• Proficient in logical thinking.
• Strong communication, negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive and highly responsible attitude towards work.
• Good English is a plus, especially in speaking and listening.

Working hours: Morning: 8h30 – 12h00; Afternoon: 13h00 – 17h30. Monday to Friday (Having to attend 2 OpenTalk sessions per month).
