UIUX Internship

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

The UX / UI Design Intern Role: Are you a student or someone interested in gaining real-world exposure in design with a focus on user interface and user experience. We are looking for talented and eager to learn UX/UI designers who can bring fresh and creative ideas to the table. At NCC, the UX/UI Design Intern will have the opportunity to challenge yourself as you will be given lots of autonomy to inject creativity and innovation into your design to improve the overall experience and functionality of our products You will be doing conceptualising, creating user flows, wireframes, and mockups for our websites and apps that you have ideated. You may also have to plan and conduct user research that will help in your design process while taking into account the company’s business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the nature and requirements of our business.
  • Evaluate our current websites, applications, identify pain points, and propose improvements to existing user interface designs.
  • Plan and conduct user research. and user surveys to understand user requirements which will help to conceptualise your design plan.
  • Collab with other designers to create simple creative solutions to complicated design needs.

2. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Either Full-time or Part-time (Minimum 25hs/week but more hours is welcomed).
  • Must have a laptop with minimum requirements: 8GB Ram, SSD and i7.
  • Proficient in UI design tools such as: Figma.
  • Have knowledge and experience in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator. Knowledge in Premiere Pro, After Effect, Blender, Adobe XD, Sketch is a plus.
  • Know-how to design sitemap, wireframe, user-flow, Hi-Fi UI.
  • Passionate about all things design and a keen eye for the aesthetics.
  • Work closely with the developers and Project manager to implement features UI.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Have a product-oriented mindset.

Working hours: Morning: 8h30 – 12h00; Afternoon: 13h00 – 17h30. Monday to Friday ( + 02 Saturday morning 10h00 – 12h00 each months).
