1. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Be responsible for recruitment: Sourcing, hunting candidates to approach for the right opening jobs.
  • Be in charge of interview process: Phone interview, schedule interview, assign technical test, joining interview, prepare candidate assessment form, etc.
  • Make relevant reports: weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc
  • Collect and maintain the Employee’s Files.
  • Ensure the registration of individual tax code, employee’s dependents information.
  • Organize events: Internal communications events such as teambuilding, YEP, sharing activities; Employer branding activities via social media (Facebook, linkedin…).
  • Coordinate onboarding process for new members.
  • Support the Office administrative tasks.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

2. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor Degree (Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Foreign Language Studies or related fields).
  • Minimum of 03 months of working experiences.
  • Good at MS office and computing skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and can work under deadline pressure.
  • Good inter-personal skill and high cooperative spirit.
  • Can read English documents. Listening and Speaking is a bonus.

Working hours: 8h30 AM -12h00 PM & 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM. (Monday to Friday) + 02 Saturday morning for Seminar Event.
