1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build a professional brand in sales IT outsourcing.
- Approach new clients for selling and take care of the current clients.
- Being active to collaborate with the Delivery/Develop Team to design and plan for a chain of activities to take care of customers in order to find more business opportunities.
- Strategize working with existing customers to get more sales from customer referrals.
- Make detailed plans and roadmaps to convert new onboarding customers to key/loyal customers.
- Assist in client retention activities; analyze all interactions logged to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Consultant: recommend the client in the right direction.
- Contribute to working process improvement (internal, inter-companies, and external).
- Assist in reviewing the old contracts and preparing new ones for renewal based on feedback received from clients and Management.
2. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Good verbal in both English/Japanese and Vietnamese.
- 1 year of experience in IT business development, account management, and/or client service roles.
- Knowledge and networking in Information Technology.
- Excellent negotiating and persuading skills.
- Proven capability in hands-on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas, identify the root causes of problems and generate good solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, strong customer service focus, ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
- Collaborative and willing to share knowledge.

- Income = Net salary + Bonus + Benefit + Performance bonus (>14 months salary).
Working hours: Morning: 8h30 – 12h00; Afternoon: 13h00 – 17h30. (Monday to Friday).
