1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Define and implement test strategies, design test plans, and execute automation test scripts for web-based and mobile app products.
• Analyze business requirements, create test plans & develop test cases, and automation scripts.
• Design, develop, and execute automation frameworks and automation suites across multiple projects.
• Assists in the training/mentoring of other members.
• Perform Web Application Performance Testing and Security Testing to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Collaborate with the Test Manager to continuously improve the testing process and implement best practices.

2. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 3 years of experience as an Automation Tester or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Proficient in automation testing tools like Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber or similar.
• Experience using one of the programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Strong experience with Unix/Linux systems. Strong experience with Oracle/SQL databases.
• Experience in automation testing covering web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation.
• Familiar with both Waterfall and Agile testing processes, with experience using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent.
• Requires proficiency in English, working directly with foreign partners.
• Careful, meticulous, and responsible at work. Has good logical thinking, is able to work independently and teamwork.
• Ability to motivate others and promote a positive working environment and working relationships.

Working hours: Morning: 8h30 – 12h00; Afternoon: 13h00 – 17h30. Monday to Friday (Having to attend 2 OpenTalk sessions per month).
