1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Planning, estimating, and structuring the work and the project.
• Communicating and reporting with managers and clients for project progress.
• Manage issues, and engage the team on an ongoing basis to identify and proactively manage project issues, risks, action plans, and implications.
• Manage and document proposed and accepted changes to the scope.
• Compile historical data from previous Iterations/Releases and provide it for team-wide use and future estimating activities.

KEY:

• Track and report, provide internal and external stakeholders; all levels of management, and timely project information and status updates.
• Work with key stakeholders and project team leader and members to scope, size, and develop project plans at a task, budget, and resource level.
• Willing to build a career path as a Division Manager.

2. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Having experience in leading team sizes < 3 members for at least 1 year in an IT company.
• Having experience in Software Development.
• Fluent in German language (B1 or higher) with strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science, Computer Science or Business or Management or Related Majors is welcomed.
• Good logical thinking in programming.
• Having strong project management skills gained from previous projects.
• Highly responsible, well-organized, communicative, proactive, and dare-to-lead characters.
• Having experience in working with Agile is a plus.
• Having PMP, PMI, and PSM is a plus.

Working hours: Morning: 8h30 – 12h00; Afternoon: 13h00 – 17h30. Monday to Friday (Having to attend 2 OpenTalk sessions per month).
