NCCPLUS Vietnam Joint Stock Company is a software firm and IT outsourcing service provider located in Vietnam. With 10 years of experience, we specialize in mobile and web application development, cloud and microservices development, game development, blockchain development, software testing, AI and IoT, and VoIP development. We work with clients in various fields such as public administration, education, finance & banking, insurance, healthcare, retail & ecommerce, sports, and entertainment. 1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Implement AI/ML solutions that align with business goals and performance standards.
• Work on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLM), or other AI applications.
• Follow best practices and coding standards to ensure we have clean codes.
• Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
• Work as part of a team to meet the demanding project requirements.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team with other professionals (such as back-end developers, web designers, and Professional Foreign Developers)

2. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• At least 2 years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Proficient in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and data structures.
• Familiar with ML pipelines, model versioning, and tools like MLflow, Airflow.
• Experience with Social Networking Services (SNS) algorithms, web scraping, and bot detection.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to read and understand English technical documents. Speaking and listening skills are a plus.

Working hours: Morning: 8h30 – 12h00; Afternoon: 13h00 – 17h30. Monday to Friday (Having to attend 2 OpenTalk sessions per month).
